2) WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND FROM WHICH SOURCE?

Via the "Waiting list / information" form:

Identity: First name, last name
Contact: Email (phone information may be requested in the future if you choose SMS/Phone/WhatsApp communication according to your channel preference)
Education: Educational status (student/graduate, etc.)
Permission records: ETK approval/rejection information, preferred communication channel(s), timestamp, unsubscribe information, etc.

3) PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES

To inform you about the competition announcement and developments
To measure participation request and interest level (basic statistical reporting)
To Send commercial electronic messages in accordance with ETK approval/rejection preferences (e-mail/SMS/phone/WhatsApp preference is yours)
To fulfill the proof and compliance obligations arising from the legislation (retention of consent records, etc.)

Note: At this stage, no sharing is made with sponsors/third parties for marketing purposes. If such an activity is planned, your explicit consent will be requested separately.

4) LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Management of information list registration and legitimate reporting: KVKK art.5/2-f (legitimate interest)
Sending commercial electronic messages (e-mail/SMS/phone/WhatsApp): KVKK art.5/1 (explicit consent) and ETK legislation
Fulfillment of legal obligations / proof: KVKK art.5/2-ç (e.g. keeping approval records)

5) PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERS

To our technical service providers (hosting, e-mail/SMS sending infrastructure, customer communication/IYS integration)
To authorized public institutions/organizations (upon request in accordance with the legislation)

When service providers whose servers are located abroad are involved, actions are taken in compliance with the transfer conditions within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK and the necessary legal mechanisms are ensured.

6) RETENTION PERIODS

Notification list data: Until removed from the list; deleted/anonymized within a reasonable time after the project closure at the latest.
ETK approval/rejection and transmission records: Retained for the periods stipulated by the legislation (for proof purposes); deleted/anonymized at the end of the period.

7) YOUR RIGHTS UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW AS A PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, we inform you that you, as data subjects, have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data are being processed,
If your personal data have been processed, to request information regarding this,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
To request the correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the action made in this scope to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request that the action made in this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
To object in case a result to your detriment emerges as a result of analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

If you forward your requests regarding your rights to us by the methods specified below, the request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature.

In order to exercise your rights, after filling out and signing the relevant person/data subject application/request form, a copy of which is available at www.cilek.com or which you can physically obtain from the Data Controller's address, you may:

Hand-deliver this application form or your originally signed petition prepared to exercise your rights to the secretariat at Kurşunlu Mahallesi, Kurşunlu Sanayi Cad. No:10 İnegöl 16420, Bursa-Turkey (Data Controller address) with identity verification documents,
Send it to our address above via notary or by registered mail with return receipt,
Send it to destek@cilek.com by e-mail,
Forward it with a secure electronic signature to cilekmobilya@hs03.kep.tr if you have a KEP address.
